Eldo Coaches - constantly delaying refund.

Shocking service regarding a refund. I cancelled my ticket as I ended up having to attend a funeral so I could not us the ticket, the ticket was for 10 April 2022 I cancelled it and sent through all my documentation on 5 April 2022 the reply email said turn around time of 21 working days, it has now been 26 working days and every time I follow up they say sorry can't say when the refund will go through as we have a backlog. That is a pathetic excuse everything is blamed on covid. I will not use Eldo Coaches again as they do not care about a person.
