To whom it may concern

I write this letter with great disgust and dissatisfaction of your bus drivers. I was supposed to board from Klerksdorp to Grahamstown. At 18:08 I received a call from the bus driver letting me know that I was supposed to be at the bus stop. I let him know that I am 5 minutes away and the bus allocated 18:20 as my boarding time. On my arrival at the bus stop I greeted one of the bus drivers who were putting in my bags into the bus. He did not greet back. Next thing my mom talks to me and let’s me know that they won’t talk to me because they angry. What happens thereafter the driver(bag boarder) decides to point my mom in the face. I thereafter ask him why is he point at her in the face and then he approaches me and points me in the face. I asked him then why is he pointing at my mother at this day and age and he became more aggressive.

I am thereby very disappointed in your customer services. The worst part is I am supposed to be in Grahamstown tomorrow morning but now through these actions I am unable to fulfil my obligations in Grahamstown. So with whatever actions you do take I want you to know that this is the second time I have a problem with the bus. On 30 November 2018 I also had a complaint.

I would kindly like to know the steps you are taking to deal with this matter. Because if it is not I will take further actions.
