Eldo coaches buses

I am really disappointed,I usually use this bus but I don't know what happened to their services this time.There is poor service, no time management our bus was suppose to leave Signet at 07:20 and the driver arrived at 09:30 no communication no nothing from the staff.When you get to the bus their aircons are not working, windows are leaking and their charging points are not working.
