Eldo Coaches Bus

I have the bad experience when I used Eldo Coaches bus last year 20 December 2021 their service is bad I plead to people not to use this bus they don't care about their customers as long they get your money is okay from them. I lost my whole luggage in that bus till now nothing is happening, what is the use to have the TAG for your luggage, when you go and collect your luggage is not there, imagine you travel for December holiday when you get there no cloths for you to wear, you spend lots of money to buy this things, the money that you don't have since is Covid-19 even their drivers don't care and MANAGER also . I think people must look at this and stop using this bus is nonsense bus ever and they are rude also they don't know how to treat people
