Eldo coaches

Made a duplicate payment of one ticket for Bloem to Pretoria. Called the office for assistance. Calls get cut off whilst speaking with agents and whilst holding for no reason as I had airtime.

The bus delayed by 1 on the 2020/11/01 from Bloem to PTA. The Eldo desk/office was close,d no one to assist at the Bloemfontein tourism center. I received a message that the bus will delay only when I was already in the bus.

The bus driver and assistant were very rude and unprofessional telling people that they should have bought cars if they did not want the bus troubles. The bus broke down and we were told that a second bus is coming which never came, the bus was driven at a lowest speed ever.

A bus that was to arrive at 13:05 in Pretoria arrived at 17:00.

I really hope that this helps someone to never make the mistake of booking with Eldo coaches. Let it be your last option if you must!!!!!!!!!!
