Eldo coaches bad service

Iam not very happy about how my query was handled. I bought a bus ticket at 19:30pm at Checkers Canal Walk and we specifically asked a bus ticket departing on the 29th from Port Elizabeth, arriving at Capetown on Saturday the 30th, the cashier processed the ticket. To our surprise at home when we were about to send the ticket details to the person who supposed to leave Port Elizabeth tomorrow the date was wrong it was dated the 28th instead of 29th November 2019. We then called the customer service on *** in which we spoke to ELTON who then said to us there is nothing he can do, we should have canceled or called 3hrs before. I was furious because when I booked the ticket it was 19:30pm and the bus is departing at 21:45pm which is less than 3hrs. I would like to know what is the process to get my money back or a ticket as I am not very happy paying for services I didn't receive R575.00 to Eldo Coaches. I've sent several emails to them with no reply, BAD BAD SERVICE.
