Eldo Coaches are *******

Eldo coaches are a bunch of *******, I booked a bus for a friend and did not receive the confirmation email. I had to rebook another bus for the next morning to which he travelled on. We were told we would get a refund as there was an error but its been 2 weeks and cant get a hold of anyone. Every time we call we either get put on hold and no ones comes back. sent 3 emails, even to the Supervisor and did not receive a response.
