ELDO COACHES ARE TERRIBLE

Eldo coaches bus had given a very bad experience that is unacceptable. They gave us a bus that is in terrible condition to travel in. We traveling at night. The bus had no ventilation system given the fact that we are in the 5th wave of covid so no air circulation. We all suffered in the heat which is very uncomfortable. There was no covid 19 hygiene protocol followed. The buss broke down at half past 10 at night. I am writing this complaint still stuck in the bus at 1h48 in the morning we are still stuck. They are saying that there are no back up busses. This bus was not serviced or taken cared off. There are very elderly people here. And we are told that we have to wait till 6 am in the morning for the next buss. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. Please can this issue be dealt with. Our lives are in danger.
