Eldo coaches are con artists

In June 2017 I booked a ticket to durban online and was assisted by aan agent who booked me on the morning bus instead of the evening one, when we got to bosman station we were informed that our name isn't on the list, then they checked the morning schedule and our names were found, we were told there is nothing they can do, and that to they can get us on the bus to park station but we had to pay for the tickets and that the matter will be resolved after that, OK we did as we were told and bought tickets but getting back our money has been a hustle and no one seems to respond to our emails, I was once told to come to bosman station when I did I was sent from pillar to post and I returned with a broken heart because no one seemed to know the person whom I had an appointment with. This kind of service is bad and customers must refrain from using these buses as their service is so unprofessional.
