Eldo Coaches a spectacular failure of customer service

Eldo Coaches have the most horrific customer service I have ever come across in the travel business, rude staff, sub-contracting their buses yet still charging as if they are the ones actually doing the job, delays are a usual phenomenon in the travel industry but a one hour delay with no communication to the passengers what so ever is the most arrogant stance a company can take, using the same bus that to travel to and from Johannesburg with no actual rest time for the business its self to be properly inspected and cleaned which is a normal with not only makes sure its ensuring safety for the passengers but also making sure the bus it's self is road ready so it does not cause accidents, the queue management is a fundamental basic that every bus company should be able to manage and navigate never have I seen such a spectacular failure to execute basics [time management, passenger health and safety, customer service last and most importantly the reason why you are in business service delivery] this really really deserves a negative rating because there has not been a single positive in both my trips with the bus company at first one would give them the benefit of the doubt and say they maybe having one of those days but this seems to be the culture because the trips get worse with every travel, the management does not even bother they leave drivers at the mercy of angry frustrated passengers, compared to bus companies that operate in the same market conditions bus companies such as Apm and greyhound seem to be understand the open secret of customer satisfaction yields more business and more market share, this is a friendly warning to anyone who would like to have a memorable trip knowing you are safe and there is no potential health hazard you are getting yourself into, Eldo Coaches sells a front with none of the delivery.
