Eldo Coaches

This was the most disappointing experience ever - I booked Eldo Coaches on behalf of someone that had not means of transport and we ensured he was at the pick-up point by 5 in the afternoon at Southgate. To our surprise we received a phone call on a Sunday evening at 23h00 to fetch the passenger as the bus never made it to the pick-up point. It is shocking and disgusting that this company can so easily ***** people's money. Eldo Coaches should not be allowed to continue as a business. We phoned about 6 numbers that was available to try and get an understanding if the bus was still on route and was unable to speak to anyone. This Company is a disgrace!
