Absolutely disgusting Service - Bus had still not arrived 7 hours later at Kokstad, when it eventually did, it did not stop but left my son stranded. Spent over R200 on the contact center who were absolutely useless. No replies to my request for immediate refund - This company is an absolute disgrace, avoid them at all costs! Quick to take you money but no response for a refund...
