Shuu,I am disgusted and don't know where to start!I took a bus from Queenstown-Cape Town at 18:10 the bus stopped 40km away from Beafort west,on the side of the road where the was literally nothing but a field.Drivers did not even have the decency to tell us what was happening till we asked and they said the bus ran out of PETROL,In this day and age who does that especially when you servicing people???They stood there and one of them got a left to go but petrol from a taxi remember we 40km away!WE STOOD THERE FROM 11:40 am(midnight)till 9AM the following day *THAT IS 9 HOURS*COLD<DIHYDRATED<NO TOILET<NO NETWORK ETC YOU CAN IMAGINE.eventually a bus came which was not road worthy,it had no air-con,seats were terrible,it was juggling us on the road!we drove till it also stared heating up driver claimed that the breaks were not working.we stood again 30km away from Leinsberg till a passenger who was feed up took out his tools because he was a mechanic decided to check how he would resolve the matter.I called ELDOS customer service their service was pathetic!!!A "SUPERVISOR" by the name of Lloyd said he was gonna get back to me till today.WE TRAVELED WITH BRAKES THAT DID NOT WORK BECAUSE WE WERE DISPARATE AND GOT TO CAPE TOWN THE FOLLOWING DAY AT 18:00,NO WHERE IN MY LIFE DID I EVER TRAVEL FOR 24 HOURS FROM QUEENSTOWN-CAPE TOWN FOR 2 HOURS,BUSES TAKE 10 HOURS.I WANT ELDOS TO PAY ME MY MONEY BACK AS THI SIS UNCALLED FOR I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT WORK BUT DUE TO THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND POOR SERVICE I DID NOT MAKE IT TO WOR****!
