Eldo Coaches
The fact that you forfeit your ticket instead of being given an option to change your ticket to a later departure (at a certain percentage) when you have missed your bus, is a serious problem I found with Eldo Coaches. It's actually why I have decided never to use their service again and I will alert anyone and everyone I know of this if they wish to travel using Eldo. I am very disgruntled with losing my money just like that.
