Eldo Coaches 14 hour trip tours to 21 hour trip

5 hour bus delay due to multiple break downs along the route. Call centre non responsive. Bus drivers are left to fend for themselves and make a plan. No communication with the commuters on what's going on. Seriously there are other cheaper buses that will not turn a 12 hour hour bus trip into a 21 hour trip. Invest in your buses guys seriously.
