I hate what they did to us yesterday!. Our bus was supposed to leave at 13:00 in Durban & arrive at 22:00 in Joburg. Did we not stuck with the bus for whole flippin 7 hours💔 7 hours without getting any help, we're Hungry, tired, scared, cold in the middle of nowhere. They told us to wait for a technician which arrived after 4 hours of sitting there. He got there and said he doesn't know how to fix the matter, we were then told to wait for another bus to come which took 3 hours to get there. To arrive in Joburg at 4:30 am today. Do they care? No they don't care about people's lives how can they make people wait for whole 7 hours without getting help. I hate this company with all my heart, see me in it kill me never no more !
