Eldo coaches

Paid for the ticket, bus was suppose to arrive at the selected point at 18h40 but did not. Waited for more than 1 and a half hour and still no bus. Tried to call the numbers provided by Eldo coaches online non of them go thru. I tried to call them this morning as well because I want my refund. Still no answer. This is pathetic and unprofessional. Eldo coaches you should shut down. Your service is disgusting. Hope you get rich with that money I paid for nothing
