Eldo coachea is the worst bus to travel with they unprofessiomal,lack communocation amd misuse their customera

This has to be the worst bus company ever.The people are so unprofessional.My dad booked a ticket to go care for my 95 year old sick grandpa to jhb from port elizabeth.He was due to get on the bus im Uth which was suppose to come 6:30.We waited there for 3 hours no bus came out.Eventually when he contacted the company they said they didnt know there ia a atop in uth and does he have a recording of the women saying there is a pick up point in Uth.Firstly after going through all the arrangments of gettimg a permit amd them being in the state of anxiousness and concern who would think to take a recording if yoi rushing to be by your dad side.Then they said he has to pay an extra r100 for an error they made and they cant give him a refund.Aparantly the driver didnt know he or she should stop in uth my question is this isnt such things communicated.There were 5 other people also waiting in uth for the bus but they apparantly didnt know they must atop.What bul**** is that.those poor people standing there waiting have no transportation home and have been siting in the cold from 5 but the driver has no remorse for them to even turn around inatead telling them to go to the office tomorrow morning.If they dont know how they are going to travel home from the pick up point due to cost how will they be able to get to the office in the morning.Does the driver think that we as their customers are *****s that he wants a recording what an insult to one's integrity.Shame on you Eldo coaches Shame on you
