Eldo coach to PTA left my girlfriend and I stranded by the roadside 15minutes away from Park Station.

If I could give half a star, I would..... On 27/09/2019 my girlfriend and I took the Eldo coaches to PTA, bus left Durban Eldo offices at 11:00am. When we got to JHB Park Station the bus driver decided he is no longer going to PTA and that he will swop passengers with other Eldo busses and both of us do not remember seeing or hearing him in the bus to inform us of the change in busses, the bus left pak station and about 15 minutes into the ride we ask the lady sitting next to us to tell us when we get to Bossman and she says the bus is no longer gong there anymore all passengers were swiped at Park Station...... So we rushed to bus driver and he tells my girlfriend yes he is not going to PTA and he swooped passengers and he won't be going there..... When my girlfriend asked how can he assist us myb put us in another bus.. He stopped the bus and told us to jump off by the roadside at the robot it was 19:30pm at that time the robot was about 15minutes away from the park station and we had to walk back to the park station and report at the Eldo office and a lady helped us into another bus that took us to PTA.... Bearing in mind we both females and anything could have happened to us, we had never been to JHB this was our first time experience and first time in the Eldo coaches which I don't think we will ever use again.
