Eldo coach poor service

We are in a bus from Pretoria to Durban. It passes by Johannesburg Park Station. When the bus gets to park Station, people are starting to get off, no one informed us that we should change busses. No sanitizing when you get inside the bus.

Now in Park Station the bus keeps loading more and more people. People are sitting in two's. There's no social distancing, none whatsoever. Covid-19 precautions are not followed and their communication is very poor. This is not right.
