Eldo Coach pathetic services and call centre

The bus from East London to Port Elizabeth is more than two hour out of schedule. The call centre agent tells me that it’s because they drive on the road and they are not an airline. There did not have a breakdown. Their competitors were here only 15 minutes out of schedule using the same road that they are using.
