Eldo buss pathetic

Eldo coaches delayed at 07h30 bus left at 09h20 from Johannesburg Parkstation bus broke down at Caltex garage Warden from 1pm until now .no assistance. My kids are on the bus and also other passengers got babies .the emergency wxust us broken and a storm is brewing.sudsenly all the office numbers are not working including the watsapp number.got through a call center the lady was off no help .Management not available. Worried about my kids safety. Service is pathetic reference *** buss reference
