Eldo bus service is useless

Talk about poor service. I've been holding on the line for a customer service agent for over 40 minutes.

Their automated system says " we are experiencing high call volumes.... While you wait please feel free to visit our website or you may send us an email or chat to us on our whatsapp line...." They don't attend to the whatsapp chats, don't respond to emails and take forever to answer calls. I've been first in line for over 15 minutes.

Their staff is very rude and unprofessional... Omg I regret ever having booked their bus. Worst service ever.
