Eldo bus service is a **** don't be fooled

Worst service I paid over a,R1000 for early 9:30 bus to Cape town, but the bus only came in 2hrs later which the 11:30 would have been R400 cheaper so what I was asking for is just different between this buses I can't pay for the service I didn't receive
