Eldo, bad bad bad service ever

On 5th June 2022 i took a bus from Idutywa to Durban at 11.35. The bus got stuck between Qumbu and Umtata at about 2.30am. The most frustrating thing is not to be told what is really happening. At first a bus was gonna come from Kokstad to fetch us, we calculated that the bus will come at 9am at least but to our surprise, at 9.000am on the 6th june 2022 we were told that the bus will come from Umtata. That took the whole two hours to happen. What an inconvenience as we never planned to have lunch on the way let alone breakfast which we went without. A generic apology was sent at 3.00 and at 5.30am after that no one cared what happened to the passengers. Some passangers took taxis to their destinations due to the lies we were continuously being told. At first the bus to get us was gonna come from Kokstad and it was a relief that a bus would come at 09.00am but to our surprise at 09.00am we were told that the bus would come from Umtata, another 2 hours waiting time. This led to us getting to Durban at 20.00 in the evening which meant that everyone in the bus missed a day's work. The company has no care for it's passengers period. Will never consider this company again.
