Eldo

Extremely poor service!! Booked a ticket for a family member, an old lady. The Eldo bus was supposed to leave at 21h45, but never arrived. They allowed us to reschedule to 7 April 2023, to leave at 21h45. It is now 4h30 a. M. and the bus is nowhere to be seen!!!!!! Rediculous! We will NEVER use Eldo again! How can you expect anyone, especially old people to just "wait it out"? Oh, by the way, they don't do refunds.... So it's OK of you spend your money on them, but you wo t get any service
