Edo service sucks dont get what we paid for

I paid for luxaty bus for old person, they were pick up in Midrand wit luxary bus to johannesburg station. No one assist them, bus was late but no one inform them. A normal sit bus came and i did not paid for that, the guy drove recless, fast bumper to bumper behind cars and bussiss. We have fotos to proof. He go around corners that it feels that the buss is going to fall over. When i phone after i purchase the ticket the guy confirm that Edo only have luxary busses but we did not got one for the price i paid. I feel so bad to pay luxary for my guest and now they very uncomftabke.
