Edlo Coaches frustrating, disgusting and unsafe.

I'm currently on an Eldo Coaches overnight Mozambique-line bus which was overbooked, in spite of this the ticket clerk allowed the couple in front of us to buy tickets on the spot (this is probably why 6 people had to go back inside the station to figure out what to do - God hates unfair trade), and the most unexpected, unhygienic, disgusting thing, which is honestly such a poor design floor by the bus manufacturer and could happen to any bus service (beware) that has a toilet cubicle: the urinal airlock didn't work when the flush valve was pressed, BUT water was still added to the already full bowl. DISGUSTING! I noticed the smell from the front of the bus, and the trail of water making its way to the front, flowing down the aisle. I feel SO SORRY for the people at the back of the bus who had to sit in those conditions. The bus driver also took unnecessary risks in the rain. We understand that we have to take longer in rainy conditions, just please get us to our destination safely. Don't shout "F* off jou m*r" to vehicles that you see as an obstacle when they are driving slightly under the speed limit in a single lane, probably because it's raining...it seems like a sensible thing to do. (I'm an experienced driver of much smaller vehicles than buses, I know that a top heavy load in rain affects handling, but our driver made me feel at risk, especially in the rain). He later did drive slower but only after the rain slowed. Eldo Coaches, this was my first experience of your service but I do not appreciate it. Improve your service on all accounts, all of which are simple to remedy. Never overbook (use a closed booking system without clerks who sell tickets), use waterless urinals (the rest of South Africa has been using them for a number of years now due to the droughts anyway, and discipline your drivers, post anonymous quality control officers onboard for spot checks, and make sure that your drivers don't feel pressured to make a timed deadline in rainy conditions. Certain things are out of control (the weather) but the reaction to this was in your driver's control.
