I'm writing this message on behalf of all of us who is in bus wag 560 service 3384. I know the service number cos that's what the driver has been shouting (informing the contact centre ) whole night about the problems with the bus. Your customer service is unacceptable. I am ****ed as a customer and before you answer me please check on your system how regularly I'm making use of your services. We've been standing on 1 spot for over 7 hours. Hungry, thirsty, Pregnant and swollen. ELDO coaches should get a better manner on how the treat their customers and drivers. For a manager to make a broken bus a laughing matter, IS NOT FUNNY.
