DO NOT USE EVER, RATHER WALK

I would like to start off by saying Eldos coaches I am disgusted and appalled by your service!!! My brother and his wife got the bus from Estcourt to Pretoria on the 3rd December, bus 250, First of all the bus was 2 and a half hours late, when the bus finally arrived the driver doesn't greet he opens the luggage compartment and the section that supposedly holds the luggage in falls out narrowly missing my 54 year old brothers knees!!! Then the driver says to him put your bag in and get in!!! He was extremely arrogant and did not offer to help old disabled people on or off the bus, once in the bus which is in an appalling state ( broken dash board, crack right down the windscreen, only one wiper the other missing!!! And battery light constantly flashing and strong disticy smell of sewage) they tried to turn on the aircon as it was blazing hot only to find it dif not work either!! No windows can open except the drivers which is taped shut! Meaning everytime he gets to a toll road he has to get out of the bus to go pay!!! Then at the one and only stop they get told you have 15 mins, so they had to rush to buy something to eat only to sit on the hot bus waiting for the driver who went and bought pizza and took 30 mins!!!! Once back on the road the driver decides its time to eat, drive and talk on his cellphone!!! Seriously people!!! And you wonder why there are so many bus accidents!! These are our family and friends we entrust to you and this is the service you deliver!!! Shocking, disgusting and unacceptable!!!! My sister in law desperately needed to use the loo, there was a rock holding the door closed, she pushed it open and then had to try and hold the door closed while inside as it could not lock, worst of all the loo did not flush and stank horribly, how is that acceptable? My brother was supposed to go to pta but got off at park station and took the gautrain for the remainder of their journey they couldn't take it anymore! There was a pregnant lady on that trip who suffered through that heat and discomfort with sweat pouring from them all, I can only hope this mail reaches the right person who will actually do something about the death traps you operate Eldos, and something is done to rectify this utterly unacceptable service.
