DO NOT TRAVEL WITH ELDO COACHES!

I am extremely disappointed with the service presented by Eldo Coaches. I had been scheduled to take a bus on Tuesday evening to Durban with the bus and it did not stop at the bus stop that night. I called customer services after seeing the bus zoom past us on the highway. They were of no assistance at all. I am a female in the dark of night, pouring of rain. This was extremely unacceptable. I went home quite emotionally exhausted. I then rescheduled a bus for the following evening. They got the time of the bus stopping wrong. I managed to get there an hour early and got on the bus. In the bus, I found that half the people on board were not wearing any masks. The driver was texting and making phone calls while driving and he was driving over the speed limit. I had taken pictures of him during my trip on the bus and I will be more than happy to send to anyone who is interested. Eldo Coaches is extremely unsafe and unreliable. I would not recommend to anyone
