DISSAPOINTED

I have never been so disappointed about service of the bus which was scheduled to leave Durban at 13:00 and arrive in Pretoria at 21:30 on the 27 October 2018. We arrived after 00:00. The bus was delayed by almost 3 hour just because we had to wait in Pietermarotzburg for people that missed the bus in Durban. Since when do we have to wait for those who cant keep up with time? I believe all our times are stipulated on our tickets clearly and you have to sign and confirm.

The toilet was smelling all the way.

The bus was not moving at it way so slow. It sounded like it had technical issues.

The airconditioner was dripping water to passages.

I am a big customer of this bus but I don't think I will take and recommend it anymore
