Dissapointed

<div>Muself and a friend bought tickets with eldo coaches. Only to be informed that a sub bus is going to fetch us when receiving a message at 16:47pm and the bus was to arrive at 17:35pm and that sub bus does not have any toilet facilities or any comfort as compared to what you have advertised on the internet. How can you expect us to take a 13 hrs trip without a toilet facility. Neither does it have any sevurity as there are no safety belts.</div> <div> </div> <div>This is a terrible gesture and situation to be in! </div> <p> </p> <div>Please I need feed back asap as to what is going to happen from here. We wish to get off from this bus.</div>
