Disrespectful staff @ Pretoria call centre

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the Pretoria call centre! Do yourselves a favour and hire competent staff. I called in earlier regarding my dad in law getting onto the wrong bus. He was travelling from Lenasia South (starling str) to Durban Station. Unfortunately he had taken the wrong bus and ended up at Protea Garage, where eldo coaches actually also do pick ups. I called in to query about the time of pick up as I was told by my husband that it would be at 9pm, I call in at 9.29pm to be, from what I gather, put on loud speaker and be shouted at by multiple voices giving me word of when the bus will arrive. Rude much, I must say, I thanked the lady for the information and being shouted at, with her cutting the call on me. ***********, rude, disgruntled and pathetic staff. Sort yourselves out!
