Hi <br> <br> I am highly upset with the run around I had yesterday.<br> I cant not begin to stress on how your staff throws business away.<br> <br> From yesterday at 12 noon I have been trying to book a ticket for a bus from JHB - CAPE TOWN with no luck.<br> <br> I called and was told I cannot do a telephonic booking I need to go to checkers on 3 occasion I was given various numbers of which most was not answered , when I get to checkers Brackenfell the cashier read a remote error she then called your offices to ask the consultant if he could book a ticket were by I could pay. His word was no \I SHOULD TRY OTHER BUSUES"<br> <br> The very arrogant gentle at your head office then instruct me to go to pep were I was then told they need a reference number in order to secure a seat I was by this time stressing because from 12 to about 6 the bus is supposed to leave at 7 still no ticket.<br> <br> Lastly this same idiot instructs me to go to PICK N PAY were they don't see no reservation not even for the next day.<br> My concern was my husband up in JHB and needed to be home hence today is the 16/09/2015 and he still at the bus stop still waiting for a ticket 3 months ago I called in got a reference and paid no problem why"""
