Disgusting service to render.

Booked tickets on 22 Jan 2022 at Checkers hyper for Eldo Coaches. I went back to cancer trip and get a refund. The employee at Eldo Coaches who answered the phone after waiting for 45 minutes advise that I can only reschedule the trip and not refund. Informed her I'm no longer traveling she insisted I reschedule. I emailed them, used their what's up service for this refund to no avail. No response, nothing. This is very much ******* for a bus service to force people to travel. This ridiculous and undermining people's wishes. I want my money back and will never again book their bus. They're *******, wanting to gain *******ly from people. I want my money back.
