Disgusting service. Don't waste your money and time

Worst service I have ever experienced. Booked a bus to east london from mthatha and when I arrived at the station ON TIME, the bus had apparently already left despite the departure the clearly stated on the ticket. I called customer service who said they would try to get hold of the driver and get back to me but NEVER HEARD BACK. I would like my money back as soon as possible please. I have never in my life! Absolutely disgusting service. You clearly do not care about your customers you shouldn't be in this industry
