Disgusting service

I am in a bus from PTA to DBN, which left PTA at 9pm. The driver keeps driving on to coming traffic, he claims the head lambs are not working properly and he cannot see the road properly. There is only one driver for the entire trip. I have called the call center numerous times but received no assistance. They simply said that there is nothing they can do for us. So we are waiting to die basically. I am so disappointed in the service received and how human lives are clearly not important for this bus company. I will make sure that everyone knows how disgusting your service is and if anything happens to us, the country will know that you ****ed us.
