Disgusting service at Eldos couches

Eldos couches even a 1 star rating does not suit you, Im highly disappointed with you and aswell as your service. I bought a bus ticket on the 15th June to get the 7:30am bus on the 17th June, and yes I aknowledge that on that day I came in at 7:34 am due to traffic I had from home and the bus had left, so I asked those mangers on duty that since the bus has left can i get to the next one which was 9:00am and i was willing to add more money to what i paid for, the response i had was that no they cant do that i had to buy a new ticket and this one was not going to work, but all i wanted was to get to another bus and I didnt ask for a refund, i just wanted to ge to the next bus but i was not allowed to until i pay annother fare for another bus which i find totally unexeptable, thats is not how you treat customers and aswell as customer service.

All i can say is you have lost out on another customer, I will never get on to your buses again even if it was the last bus in the station, all i need from you is my R200,00 refund.
