Disgusting service

My 13 year son was scheduled for a ride with eldo coaches today 08 October 2022 from Port elizabeth to King williamstown.we were advised that he arrives at 05h00 for 05h30 departure.we are in king williamstown and his aunt ubered hinm to the bus station.The uber left him there and the bus could not arrive and there was no communication as to the bus is delayed and when will it arrive.My frightened son waited there alone for the bus that arrived at 06h30.What the hell of service is that with no apologies and explanation to the customers.What could have happenedif the mapharas attacked and killed my son?Hay shame their service sucks,they have no respect for human life,they are just disgustind and I hate doing business with them.I am also going to express my anger on my facebook page sothat my associates know exactly what they could experience if they decide to opt for Eldo as their bus service
