Disgusting service

Very very bad service We have been stuck for the past 2hrs and no one bothered to tell us that the bus broke down. Eldo coaches really doesn't give a **** about its passengers. Imagine 1am being stuck in the middle of nowhere and when we call the customer service they just hang up on us. This is disgusting service really 😡😡😡😡and it is my first and the last time using it.Imagine if we get ******? Who will compensate us!!!!!!! **** service Ticket ***
