Disgusting service

I booked a ticket through you for one of my staff on the Eldo coaches bus from Estcourt to Pretoria which was supposed to leave at 01:55am on 24/12/2021. I dropped him off at 11:45pm and he sat there in the cold all night and the bus never arrived. After 6 months of emailing and trying to phone I am still waiting for a refund. No one answers any of the phone numbers.
