Disgusting Service
Trip Cape Town-Mossel Bay and return No response to complaint by phone and email. Ran late and did not communicate on trip from C.T. to Mossel Bay. Nearly left my luggage behind. Worst of all they left me stranded in Mossel Bay for return trip, as they left over 15 minutes earlier than the allotted time. I was walking towards the bus with my luggage 15 minutes before they were due to leave at 12.30pm. Driver just drove off and left me running after him. I'm 69 so could not catch him (don't think he would have stopped even if he saw me!) Had to travel with, and pay for, another bus company. Thanks to Citiliner you were great! Never again Eldo Coaches!
