Disgusting , Putrid, Sickening Service received EVER!!!

I am so disgusted at the service I received from your call centre including managers. I have never come across anything like it in my entire career. Is this the service you get- cheap tickets , cheap customer service!!! Not only are the agents untrained but on top of it disrespectful too. No empathy for the unnecessary dram they have put me through in the end they still have my money and I am still forced to run around to get things sorted!!! No empathy was displayed for the inconvenience they have caused me and nothing was done about it either. I am so upset I wish I never used the service- The bladdy bus drivers gave better customer service than the call centre staff!!! I will be placing this on Hello Peter as well Im sick to my stomach
