Disgusted

My mom was supposed to leave on the 03/01 with my daughter from Cape Town to Queenstown, a ticket showed departure of 8:10 which was bought at Shoprite in Bellville Voortrekker Road, My mom who is at the age of 60 years started panicking and I could not attend to that since I was busy at work and only knocked off at work at 18:00, after I got home I called the Eldo Coach customer service number and I was taught that the bus left at 18:10. I went to Shoprite the following day and I was assisted by a lady named Peterson, that's her surname, she told ,me that there's nothing they can do and i asked her who's fault is it, she told me I have to go to the Eldo offices, I went there and when I got there a lady pretend to help me and she ended up saying that I will be contacted by the call center for more details or I have to go back to Shoprite, I was so frustrated and my mom had to leave but no one seemed to assist. A lady called from the call center and told me that there's nothing they can do its not their fault I must go to Shoprite, I was just sent back and forth without a solution. Its really pathetic with how we get treated as clients by these companies and I felt so small. I ended up not getting a refund nor getting a coach for later the following day. Eldo Coaches is the worst company ever and Shoprite when it comes to their service.
