Disappointing Greyhound

Good day, I want to share my utter disappointment with Greyhound. On my return booking from Klerksdorp to Mossel Bay on Monday 14 November 2022, they left us sitting on a broken bus for 12 hours , only 1 hour out of Bloemfontein, before the support crew arrived to fix the bus. Passengers ran out of food and drinks and the toilet was full and out of order. Cell phones ran down because they could not be charged. My arrival changed from 8h50 on 15 November to 23h55. They did arrange for food and drinks at Colesberg, but it was too little too late. I will never book with them again. If there was a zero for service they would barely deserve that. Melinda Golden
