Disappointing call center service

<p>I booked a ticket from Umt to Dur last night and confirmed payment online. Contacted Eldo at 12am to change dates they its too late. I left it for the morning, contacted them and the ladies ssyd the same thing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't want a refund i just want to travel. Why would i just give away my R250 for nothing? Your terms and conditions don't state any of these telephonic terms</p> <p> </p> <p>Please reschedule my booking and equip your staff with terms and conditions of the services u offer</p>
