Disappointed with Eldo

On the 6 January 2023 I booked a ticket from Durban to Johannesburg, departure time was at 8:10pm and I had to be at 85 O.R Tambo South beach as per my ticket, I received a sms that there's a delay and I should wait at my pick up zone....I waited till 11pm in the rain and the bus did not arrive.i googled Eldo Couches contact number and it's unavailable.i had to pay for transport to get back home to Isipingo from town.I am so disappointed with the treatment I received from Eldo Couches. The means off my trip was to see my daughter,who I haven't seen in 3 months and my birthday is on Monday I had plans,now I cannot enjoy my birthday..Thank you Eldo Couches for spoiling my plans
