Disappointed & Dissatisfied

I recently made a booking with this company and had the booking canceled due to change in travel plans. After numerous failed attempts at getting a hold of someone to assist with the refund process, I eventually got a hold of someone and they furnished me with a form to complete in order to initiate the refund process. I sent the email to the respective email addresses with supporting documents and to this day (13 days later) still no acknowledgement correspondence has been sent to me. I was informed to expect communication from the company following receipt of my email which has not happened. I am very frustrated at the lack of communication, professionalism and service by this company and I will never use them again.
