Disappointed by Mr Paulus of Eldo Coaches for refusal to pay Excess fees which led delay for insurance to pay settlement

Good day, I got in an incident with the vehicle owned by company Eldo Coaches. Mr Paulus and company directed me to deal with their insurer, i forwarded all necessary details to their insurer and what is outstanding is that the company has to pay excess fee, up to date the company is not paying excess fee and that is putting my claim to hold. I tried to contact them via email and they don't bother to respond to me anymore, my vehicle is sustaining more damages. I urgent help on this matter since they now remained mute.
